Tom Pedley - Founder & CEO

​Having been in senior leadership roles for some of the UK's leading retail and hospitality businesses, Tom has a wealth of experience to offer clients. In addition to operational expertise, Tom has successfully determined and implemented many large-scale business transformation projects across a variety of industry sectors.

Tom has a passion for identifying efficiencies in business processes, improving operational frameworks, and developing supply chains. He also prides himself on his strategic thinking and ability to help businesses achieve long-term sustainable growth.

Tom's career began as a Project Manager. He subsequently joined Aldi as an Area Manager. Within four years Tom was promoted to an Operations Director. After many successful years at Aldi, Tom then moved into the hospitality sector becoming Head of Operations for The Unite Group. Following this, he went on to set up Pedley Consulting.
